Erin accepts briefs to advise and appear in all areas of commercial and public law with a particular focus on competition and consumer law, regulatory proceedings and investigations, and administrative law.
Erin was admitted as a solicitor in 2017 and called to the Bar in 2022. Before coming to the Bar, Erin practiced as a solicitor at Gilbert + Tobin in the competition and regulation group where she advised on regulatory matters, significant transactions and consumer law claims. Erin also has experience as a senior solicitor at the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office, in the Torts (Justice) team. Prior to that, Erin was a solicitor in the pro bono group at Gilbert + Tobin and undertook a Human Rights Fellowship a Legal Aid NSW.
Erin’s unique and diverse experience also includes a career as a communication, media and policy advisor in the public health, trade and foreign aid sectors.
Erin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of NSW as well as a Master of Strategic Public Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland.
