Tamasin accepts briefs across a wide range of commercial matters including in consumer law, franchising, contract law, equity and trusts, corporations law and regulatory matters. Tamasin regularly appears unled in the Supreme Court of NSW and the Federal Court of Australia and has appeared led in the High Court of Australia, the Full Federal Court and the NSW Court of Appeal.
