Georgina has a broad practice and appears throughout numerous jurisdictions (civil and criminal) with a focus on commercial and regulatory matters including corporations law, consumer law, financial services law, insurance and professional disciplinary matters. Georgina also has a practice in criminal law including corporate crime, fraud, money laundering, foreign bribery, terrorism, slavery, illicit drug importations and environmental offences. Georgina acts for and advises corporations, Commonwealth and State agencies and regulatory bodies.
Georgina is a Councillor of the NSW Bar Association, a member of the Education Committee and a member of a Professional Conduct Committee.
Before being called to the Bar, Georgina was a Federal Prosecutor in the office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, a solicitor at Jones Day and the Associate to Justice Rein of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Georgina holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours I) and Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University.
