Nicola accepts briefs in all areas of commercial and public law. Nicola has particular experience in commercial law, intellectual property, taxation, competition, class actions and administrative law.
Nicola was admitted as a solicitor in 2015 and called to the Bar in 2022. Before coming to the Bar, Nicola was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills. Prior to that, Nicola was an Associate to Justice Jagot when her Honour was a judge of the Federal Court of Australia.
Nicola graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) from the University of New South Wales, where she received the University Medal in 2014. Nicola also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New South Wales, with a major in Physiology. Nicola is currently completing a Masters of Law at the University of Melbourne.
Nicola was the recipient of the 2021 Katrina Dawson Award. Nicola also received the Peteris Ginters Prize for the Ethics component of the Bar Exams in 2021.
