Andrew accepts briefs in all areas of commercial, public and regulatory law. He has previously acted in proceedings in the High Court, Federal Court, and Supreme Court of NSW.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Andrew was Counsel Assisting the Solicitor-General of the Commonwealth, then Dr Stephen Donaghue KC. Prior to that, he was a senior lawyer in the Office of General Counsel at the Australian Government Solicitor, where he advised on issues of constitutional law and statutory interpretation; and a lawyer in the Civil Litigation team at ASIC, where he acted in regulatory litigation concerning financial services and corporate governance. In 2024, he was an Associate to Justice Kennett at the Federal Court of Australia.

Andrew holds a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) and Bachelor of Science from the University of Newcastle.
